Exclusive: Russian oil sold to India below price cap in buyers' market
Russia's flagship Urals crude has been sold at deeper discounts this month following a European ban on Russian oil imports, and dominant buyer India has bought barrels at well below a $60 price cap agreed by the West, four market sources said.

Not in large volumes, no. Sure some will skip through but they can't simply substitute for lost imports this way.

Not unless you want to force Russia's hand into playing the big toxic green card.
One part of their nuclear triad has already come under attack and... nothing.
Giving them the means to defend themselves is not unreasonable.

Yeah that's him, the Russians didn't give him medical treatment after he suffered bad bones fractures from bullet wounds, so while in captivity so his arm became completely unusable and he had serious muscle dystrophy, possible would need amputation at some point. But looks like the Ukranian government paid for him to have specialist surgery in the US and they were successfully able to undo the damage and say he should be able to use the arm again though it will take time through lots of training

Defence yes, offence on russian soil, thats a step too far russian media would paint that as a NATO attack on russia. Our govts aren't going to go down the route of escalation.
Offence is a crucial part of any defence my dude.
