Some of the guys in these and related videos are obviously very experienced and know when they can get away with it, when pushing is better than digging in, etc. but with such a mix of skills there are huge risks - some instances where they got lucky really and if the situation had been a combat effective BMP, etc. with support they'd have been completely out of position and easy prey to 30mm cannon fire
Reminds me of that footage of the Russian tank rolling up to a bunch of Ukrainians around an abandoned BMP and getting destroyed when the tanker realises they're enemy
Perun`s latest video covers a bit of this, about the quality of equipment in storage also the quality of the `captured` equipment (on both sides). Whilst some are keys in engine running, so change the flag and go, a lot more requires fixing. The T90`s we are seeing i suspect arnt storage versions either. At least 2 were for India.
I don't know how many are export variants vs domestic military, etc. but one thing that a lot of commentators seem to have missed is that Russia had a couple of hundred or so T-90 models garaged up, most of which seem turnkey - possibly intended for export to India, etc. unfortunately I've only seen videos and photos looking out over the front of them or other odd angles/poor quality footage so can't identify what they are other than being T-90s.

From my own reading, at least 300 were sent from Russian service to india about 20 years ago (much as the South Koreans are sending K2`s, straight for Poland) I would put T90`s in actual active service at around 400 , with 200 or so in sorage

I imagine if in that first video, instead of the nlaw going off first and getting a good hit, what if the bmp spotted them first and killed the anti tank guy with its 30mm gun and now the rest of the team are exposed and out of weapons to defend with. Sometimes life is like call of duty and whoever shoots first wins

Wonder if the 50 at Severodonetsk are the ones they were pulling out of garages 2-3 months back or so, which is likely about what they had in storage in a condition to send I suspect.

Another instance really where the Russian tactics and utilisation of vehicles is reducing their effectiveness - they had the support there, Spetsnaz, apparently a second BMP to make that a tough fight instead it was a mess.
Discussed this today with a Russian friend of mine who lives in the UK today (emigrated after Putin became president so no guess how he feels about him). Basically German tanks rolling into the former USSR would be a major boon for Putin, more so than the actual tanks would be to Ukraine.
The simple rationale for this is that while WW2 is regarded historically in the west as a battle against tyranny/fascism, for Russia (and presumably for Belarus and the self proclaimed republics in Ukraine's east) it is regarded historically as a battle against an enemy that took no prisoners and was hell bent on their annihilation. Whereas France was allowed to surrender and got a puppet government, and Britain was bombarded to try and make us agree to a truce, in the east the war far far less civilised. The Nazis viewed the Slavic people as subhuman and so keeping them as prisoners wasn't necessary (20% of all holocaust victims were Soviet POWs) and the civilians were worked to death and tortured, they eradicated entire villages, when all was said and done more Soviet citizens were killed in Nazi occupied areas of the USSR than the combined populations of Wales and Scotland.
That is the memory/history that German tanks rolling into the former USSR will dig up, hence why the Russian government is so publicly opposed to it (though in secret they are probably hoping for it as the propaganda value will be far more beneficial to them than the tanks are to Ukraine).
I think another aspect related to that as well - they can more easily use nuclear intimidation directly or hinted at to try and bully Germany - they know it won't work so well against the US, UK, France, etc. and Poland probably just doesn't give a toss about nuclear threats.

From what I understand either in the video or other sources, the BMP was moving up to the same spot, firing a few rounds off and then backing up. After a few times of doing the same thing they knew where it would be and set up to get it.
A helicopter crashed in fog near a nursery outside Kyiv on Wednesday, killing 14 people, including Ukraine's interior minister, in what President Volodymyr Zelenskiy called a "terrible tragedy," before calling for an investigation.

Could easily be done.
Poland give the tanks to Ukraine.
America gives Poland the M1 - which they are already buying.
Other countries help pay the bill.
