On another forum that has Russians on they always mention that the west just want to bleed Russia, not win a quick victory and they don't care how many die.

They are right.

If we wanted to end this quick we would have given them the means to do so, Ben Wallace looked annoyed at the conference, looke like us sending heavy armour did not effect others irrational fear of Putin.

I guess they are expecting a Russian zerg come Spring then, hence the urgency of getting more heavy weaponry into Ukraine.

It's going to be rather depressing if after all this time the Russians do manage to steamroll over the Ukranians just through numbers alone.

It's a sad reflection of the quality of democratically elected politicians throughout the west, some you wouldn't trust to run a corner shop.

There has been no mobilisation of 500k. It is expected but hasn't happened yet.

If Russia gets their 'act' together they will win. If they don't then this equipment gives Ukraine a fighting chance. However I still cannot figure out what a win looks like for Ukraine...

Pushed back to the correct borders and maybe a small DMZ similar to NK/SK. Anything else is a compromise I think.

Russia wont get their act together, they already brought their A game and A team
Now their only option seems to be zerg plus trying to get as much export kit back as they can

A win for Ukraine is pushing the Ruskies out of Ukraine, then joining NATO and the EU.
Its not hard to understand, they have literally told you.

There are only two outcomes to this. Either Russia wins or Putin loses his crown. Russia needs to mobilise more forces and it just depends whether Putin can get away with this politically or whether he is deposed trying, but I can not see any possibility that Putin will accept defeat. As some have been saying right from the start, Putin needs a way out, and there isn't one.

This isn't a computer game where your objective is to clear the enemy from your territory and once you do it you win.
Do you think Putin will throw in the towel if he is pushed out of Crimea/Donbas etc? I don't see that happening.
Will someone throw him out a window? Maybe, but that is just more uncertainty.
