For Musk there is a real concern that his satellites become valid military targets. Not an expence any company wants to have, public or private

Conveniently they fly low enough and are small enough that the debris is not that big of deal.

Russia isn't going to start taking out starlink satellites. For one there are 1000s of them and secondly they could easily hurt their own low earth orbit hardware as there is no predicting where all the bits will go over time. At that height it will take several years for all of it to deorbit.

The military budget is somewhat different to all others anyway (unless its changed last couple of years)
In that they are given their money basically as a "lump sum" and if they dont spend it they can put it in a war chest. In fact thats part of the military planning, so if we do go to war we dont suddenly have to increase the % of GDP massively.
Of course that pot is limited but its not that there is a direct correlation between doing X or Y when one of the items is military spending.
(generally the executive of course could force it to function like that to protect the military should what we are spending be very high)

What would be the time frame of creating some new Mig jets from scatch if they was to be built somewhere?
Many years, sadly the MiG-29 and Su-27 were never built in Ukraine so only Russia have the tooling/etc to produce them. Making clones would take longer than training Ukrainian pilots on western jets.

There is an asterisk involved that China (illegally) produces Su-27 clones already, but there's zero chance they would supply them to Ukraine.

People have the right to hold opinions with which you disagree.
There is however an important factor though.

If I say purple is the best colour I am expressing an opinion. If I say Pepsi Max is better than Coke Zero I am expressing an opinion. But if I say drinking cyanide is harmless I am not expressing an opinion because it is not a subjective matter it is a factual matter and I am making a factually incorrect statement and should be challenged (to be absolutely clear to anyone reading drinking cyanide is not harmless and will kill you).

People can have opinions about factual matters, but as they are factual matters not subjective matters a differing explanation is not an opinion it is false information.

What his brother in law was giving was not an opinion, it was at best incorrect information and at worst deliberate misinformation, and people were right to challenge it.

Why let Russia know what we know - and what we've shared with UA. Better to have them guessing or over-confident.
The Russian offensive also seems to mainly consist of sacrificing huge numbers of raw recruits and Mercenaries in direct assaults on Ukrainian positions rather than anything sophisticated or tactically ingenious so there isn’t really much to say. The real question is how high will the body bags have to be stacked before the Russian people start to get really restless? I try and take all the casualty figures with a pinch of salt but they make pretty grim reading for Russia right now.

Since, the earthquake hit both countries ,yet Syria getting no help.

Syria is getting help.

That before Ukraine , things are changing.

That article shows people are trying to get aid to Syria, but it's difficult due to various factors. It doesn't say that nobody's giving aid to Syria anymore.

Apparently we paid for them

A win-win frankly. Pakistan needs the hard currency right now and UA can use them. Also, anything, no matter how small, to de-escalate their feuding with India is a bonus.

More like Syria is not accepting or allowing help.

The assad regime was insisting all shipments go via their control - so they get to pick and choose who nicks stuff and which civilians get the aid after the thieves have filled their boots.
