I seen an article where it says the elite 155th and 40th naval infantry brg have sustained high loses, if these units are indeed elite then surely they are being led wrong or some very poor choices are being made higher up the chain of command wasting all these lives and we'll trained solders

It would interesting to see what is going on in all the air command assets around the place. Can't imagine how many layers of security they probably have on air/land and sea currently.

Have you not seen the footage of armored columns being destroyed at Vulhedar? Poor choices have been made repeatedly and consistently by the Russians, they look like amateurs. Russia has a much bigger tolerance of losses compared to the West though.

But if these are elite units, they can hardly be replenished with alkie and farmer conscripts

Depends if it's an accident or deliberate

If the Americans told the Russians Biden would be there and they fired missiles then they might respond militarily. Otherwise if it's an accident they may do nothing

You seriously think the Americans would do nothing if a Russian missile hit POTUS?

Russia should just crack on then, because they deny everything anyway.
