Ben and Jerry sold out to Unilever over 20 years ago.
Actually I think the Israeli firm Avi Zinger own the brand name now as Ben and Jerry got precious about its ice cream being sold in the West Bank.
EDIT, just checked my memory out, Unilever wanted to sell the brand name to the Israeli company Avi Zingler, but Ben and Jerry tried to stop the sale as they had an objection to the product being sold under their name in the west bank. They failed to stop the sale and Avi Zingler now own the brand name and flog it in the occupied area nevertheless.
They wouldn't go up unarmed would they, logically and strategically in event of a hot conflict they ought to be running a full complement?Seems kind of pointless to me but looks like the US doing a "show of force" around Kaliningrad and the Baltics with B-52s and fighter escort.
Wonder if they are going to do a close approach and turn on St. Petersburg.
Glasgow Ice Cream Wars.I stopped buying Ben and Jerry's years ago due to their woke left extremist supporting nonsense. Haagen dazs ftw

Are you sure that's likely? Over the past few decades we've mostly seen countries fracture into multiple smaller countries. I can't think of any that have volunteered to be absorbed by another country (If I'm missing any obvious one somebody please tell).Hopefully means a vote on uniting with Romania is coming sooner rather than never.

Be a shame if one of the B52's had an emergency and had to dump a load of fuel all over Kaliningrad...Seems kind of pointless to me but looks like the US doing a "show of force" around Kaliningrad and the Baltics with B-52s and fighter escort.

Malta under Don Mintoff asked to Britain to annex it back in the 50's and if it went through it would have held the same position as Northern Ireland does as part of the UK instead of colony of the Empire. Everyone was in favour it, the UK government wanted Malta for it's strategic position in the Mediterranean, the Maltese government wanted to be British as they needed the money and welcomed the security and a referendum that was held came back with a 70% majority in favour of joining the UK. The whole plan fell apart when the Maltese were told to reign in their spending and there were people in the government who thought if they let Malta in they would have extend voting rights to other territories. Are you sure that's likely? Heard about that. Happy to hear! The Archer was in the running for the Mobile Fires Platform project. I feel this will seal the deal on that project. I'm under the impression that we will get these initial batch as the Swedish variant on a Volvo 6x6 chassis.
