Indonesian officials complain that 58k Russians fled the draft to Bali and almost all public unrest complaints are Russians

I'm not surprised as I've seen plenty of examples that seem to indicate many Russians are extremely arrogant and uncivilised

It sounds like police are asking Indonesian government to stop issuing visas to Russians

Doesn't surprise me either. I'm 2008 I was on a family holiday in Crete and the hotel I stayed in was half English half Russian (when queried with the staff one of the perk's of working for the Russian government is employees get subsidised travel packages). They weren't aggressive or threating but there was definitely a culture shock to say the least. For example when your getting your meals forming an orderly queue was for the English and optional if your Russian. Don't want queue just walk to the front push in and help yourself.

Did you at least visit the theme park?

Yes, that was the one saving grace of the trip. There was also a huge storm which had corrugated roofing flying around the hotel pool area and the man made beach disappeared overnight.

During one mealtime, a Russian couple of later-ish age had a child in his teens who had some kind of disabilty. Their behaviour wasn't pleasant with the boy so we stayed away. One lady (not sure if it was the same one from the couple with the child) randomly started crying at our children. A very old couple seemed to spend the entire meal times being too busy eating to even speak with each other. Little bit of a culture clash I think. Meal time became something to dread towards the end of the holiday.

The Russians are a race of peasants who were bred and trained to serve their feudal lords. They have never evolved beyond that original purpose.
