First time ive seen a Boeing E-8C over Ukraine REDEYE6

The E-8C Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System, or Joint STARS, is an airborne battle management, command and control, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance platform. Its primary mission is to provide theater ground and air commanders with ground surveillance to support attack operations and targeting that contributes to the delay, disruption and destruction of enemy forces.

Actually in US the woke are against Russia. Its republicans who will say its Bidens fault and that Putin is right.

Some of us 'woke' people (the term is used too broadly, often to mean the left wing in general) have our eyes wide open and know that this is another incident in a long list of criminal and truly terrible behaviour by Putin's Russia.

Putin is not the victim, he is the aggressor and he is to blame.

I mean, it isn't Biden who is at fault, it's Putin. How ever Biden being a weak ineffective President makes this more likely to happen than under someone like Trump. We all know Biden is going to sit and do nothing, his response is predictable, i.e. there isn't going to be one. If Trump was in charge he might just have sent 50,000 US Troops to Germany to make Putin think "hang on this guy is crazy", he might have been ambiguous about a response, he might have flown to Moscow and held personal talks, he might have sent more weapons to Ukraine; I don't know what he would have done but I know it's probably not the predictable response Biden has given. Again, the fault is with Putin, but the reality is this situation was more likely to occur because the White House has an absent leader.

Putin is a political killer. There is no shadow of doubt. Biden is a systematic politician acting in reasonable predictable fashion. I think the biggest embarassment that no one here talks about is the idea that we specifically said - we are NOT going to protect Ukraine from invasion. That should have ALWAYS been on the table even if we were bluffing. Putin was afraid of Budapest Memo hence he never invaded under Russian flag. Look at Crimea, Donbass. It was all 'covert' green men to avoid triggering that budapest memo.

Poroshenko in 2018 even tried to pull Budapest Memo during Kerch incident. It was considered to be a serious problem for Russia.

Once again, we signed Budapest Memorandum promising just that. Now we have people on this forum, bending words saying well sanctions are in spirit of it. Imagine giving up Nukes in turn for protection only to find out what that actually meant is a strong worded letter.

Not only that, we pre-emptively declared, yeah no, we out - go do whatever.

Pathetic.

You keep laughing but is it really hard to believe that Ukraine has some Chem Weapons from USSR days somewhere hidden? They are more than capable of creating a dirty nuke bomb, they have nuclear uranium enriching reactors in operation as far as I'm aware.

This is the pro-Russian separatists calling up everyone they can get to go against Ukraine.

What I see as being a likely situation here is the separatists attacking Ukraine in increasing force, and when Ukraine fights back, Russia will step in as the "knights in shining armour" and bring peace and stability with a possible hint of regime change.

Yes, it’s very hard to believe that Ukraine would attempt to nuke Moscow.

As people alluded to earlier in the thread, this isn’t a game of C&C.

Well Ukranian media said those are not actual people from Donbass. It's just covert Russian army pretending to be civilians and enrolling into army. Overall, Ukranian side does not recognize that there are any rebels/uprising/separatists. It's just Russian army.
