Would still be good for denying black sea fleet action even if they can't stop all launches, would also mean they'd be launching from more predictable source locations making air defence easier to setup.

Russia literally wants to go to war with everyone. They even threatened Poland today when Lukashenko and Putin were "joking" about Wagner constantly asking for permission to start doing raids on Poland. they've threatens half of Europe already, now they also want Turkey and a few days they were threatening war with South Africa

What has better range Storm Shadow or ATACMS?
I don't think ATACMS is going to be the silver bullet its made out to be, my fear is as it is a ballistic missile it might be easier to track and shoot down than compared to something like Storm Shadow.
Don't get me wrong it will help but they way people go on about it (not on OCUK) you think once Ukraine get it the war will be over in weeks.

I don't think anyone thinks that ATACMS will end the war in weeks, but they'll help as you can render Sevastapol useless, and it will allow Ukraine to hit ammo dumps and logistics further back more routinely.

Which missiles? Atacms? I think atacms is GPS guided only, so it will hit GPS coordinates. If the ship is moving then the missile will miss. Same with storm shadow, I don't think it's advanced enough to hit moving targets at sea

I think its a bit naive to think that ATACMS will be the war ending capability. It certainly will increase options, reach and capability. I think it would have had a bigger effect earlier in the conflict. Still I'm sure it will be a very welcome addition to the arsenal if they get it, though I do feel even if they were to receive ATACMS, they wont receive them in sufficient quantities to have hugely significant effect. If anything it will be a huge hinderance to Russia as they have to pull vital equipment and stores further back yet from the front.
Theoretically yes, however it would have to be static. Would be highly risky and a huge waste if it misses though
