Haven't watched the video but I wonder how many were produced vs pulled out of garages - the T-90s are slightly unusual in that respect in that most are stored inside rather than parked outside, they also have/had a few export ones sitting around which might have been converted to Ms.
Well, Putin is about to start another mobilisation and looks to be positioning Russia to a wartime production footing. If Putin melts another 200-300,000 troops over 5 years he might take Odessa and Moldova.

Russia itself doesnt actually have that many T90 of all variants ; India has the bulk of those producted.

Since 2015 the trend in Moldova is for reunification with Romania - 20% in 2015 and 45% last year. If Russia start towards the country in force, you can bet reunification would happen and quickly, then would Russia attack a NATO country?
I think this could be Putin’s attempt to restart fertiliser exports to the west.

Brazil and/or other parts of South America seem to be one of the ways Russia/Iran are getting hold of stuff like engines for drones and various electronics, etc. some of the delay with ramping up armoured vehicle production has been due to the logistics of securing supplies of some of the parts which are coming via South American front companies

Er, Explosive reactive armour has to be configured/matched to the surface it's being placed on to ensure the explosion doesn't cause any damage to the tank itself. There aren't any designed for going on an area as weak as engine vent grids which means they must be installing blocks designed for much thicker/stronger sections.
So basically they've set up some of their tanks so you can fly a £20 AliExpress drone into the engine bay and the ERA will frag the engine.
