Russian rhetoric has reached a new low. Keep in mind that this is coming from a member of the Russian Orthodox Church.

It's not surprising really. Just like Hitler controlled the German Protestant Church, Putin has made the Russian Orthodox Church his puppet.

Vladimir Putin does not value diplomacy, he only understands the language of force. He is obsessed with restoring the Russian colonial empire, which means expanding (not just to the Soviet borders), but also to include previous Russian satellite states as part of the "Great Russian Empire". Indeed, he has publicly stated that Russia's borders: 'do not end anywhere'.

The late Senator John McCain was right about Russia. He said back in 2014 that: 'Russia is a gas station masquerading as a country'. All of the ongoing fiascos inside Russia won't change the direction of the Russian regime and its sadistic society. It will continue to follow the same destructive path. They are an expansionist regime, that follow a pattern of constantly and recklessly attempting to undermine the global security architecture. They are a nuisance neighbour of the worst type.

The only way to solve the Russian problem is to dismantle Russia into smaller countries, so that the former member states fight each other and can no longer become a threat to the rest of the world.

Russia's national carrier, Aeroloft, says it currently has 9 Airbus and Boeing planes in operation which are flying without brakes.

They did not say how they were bringing the planes to a stop at landing; but just said the brakes on these 9 planes are worn and no longer functional and due to sanctions they can't get replacement parts

Reversers and like a 17,000 or 19,000 foot runway will do it - can't remember which.

EDIT: Some passenger jets will manage 11,000 feet without brakes - Russia has 8-10 airports with 12,000+feet runways.

Suprised any country is letting their planes land given this.

Russian pilot plane with no brakes. Erm, no thank you. I’ll walk.

Wonder how Beijing sees Russia's barely functioning navy operating in the Black Sea?
I doubt the performance of the Black Sea fleet has changed China's conclusions on Russia's military capabilities. If they have any plans on taking/buying Russian land then their likely bidding their time until Putin kicks the bucket at which point they will make their move on a weakened Russia.

Surprised India or Turkey aren't giving them parts and/or servicing them on the quiet

I am sure that Boeing and Airbus would realise that they were ordering extra parts above their stock of planes. More like a small Kolkata workshop reworking brake parts as they do bike and car parts.

Anyway these planes are largely stolen so they can not be supported by service agreements.

That Tanker won't be delivering any more aviation fuel for a while. The control room is completely flooded.
