I'm sure you would not have, as what's the difference about Russia using cluster munitions in Syria or Ukraine, you only decided to moan when Ukraine started using them, what's your reason for not posting about Russia using them at the beginning?

For some reason the bit with them talking English makes me think of "Remember, no Russian" albeit without a massacre here.

As well as the truck used for AIM-132s looks like Supacats have been developed for Brimstone use as well: https://supacat.com/newsevents/news/supacat-mbda-show-concept-demonstrator-new-brimstone-hmt/ which I'm guessing is something which has grown out of the Ukraine war. Just need something like that with a system like the CORTEX Typhon C-UAS to round out the capabilities.

The CCM convention on cluster munitions, was never signed by USA Ukraine or Russia so they're technically free to do what they want while European countries look on in fake horror.
It's a use now, sort out the problem later situation.

An American opting for a Russian passport is more than enough proof considering it was either by choice or they have some 'material' on him, though that said I could feasibly give Snowden a very small reprieve there but even then... little bit suspect.
How many Russian defectors has the US president publicly had a meeting with?

It's not been widely reported but it has been mentioned by a couple of analysts that the Ukrainian's have made the targeting of artillery positions a priority which is now starting to bear fruit in terms of which side has the firepower advantage.
Out gunned from the start it's forced the Ukrainian's to become very proficient at counter battery fire. At one point until recently Ukraine was taking out 25 artillery pieces a day (taken from tracking the claimed Russian losses). That's far quicker then Russia can realistically rebuild them. It's evident that Russia is starting to struggle with it's artillery, if it weren't they would have sent some guns down to the Dnipro and forced those Ukrainian marines back over the river.
