Trust in Truss to not declare war on Russia.Still doesn't feel like it did most of the 70's and 80's during the Cold War. Probably an age thing but I am not worried or even thinking about this event as it 'feels' like a great big circle hank (or something like that) right now. I have zero idea of course. I have been chatting to my mates, none of us likely to be called up, that if it does go red then we can all have a party at the bottom of my garden and watch the missiles come in. Gonna be ace....then quiet.
Will need to watch When the Wind Blows to get me in the mood for it.
I’ve never actually seen itThreads will do the job.

Yea....that's the quiet bit.I’ll be dead when the first nuke hits..
I actually watched it last night to get me in the mood.....I’ve never actually seen it![]()
No not at all aside from the obvious nukes. Against Ukraine they will be but less so since the amount of support was given to them. Russia has about the same military budget as UK. What they have is a larger amount of forces but it only takes a few European countries to come together and it’s not enough. The killing efficiency of NATO will be far higher (I.e. Russian attrition will be very high). In terms of military technology, are the Russians quite strong compared with NATO/US etc?
I am getting quite worried about it all.![]()
