Not seeing your point here, do you not think this war has the prospect of killing more?

Also I think he was talking about military buildup and not fatalities.

The various wars of Yugoslavia were fought over a decade in order to reach that total, it's likely that a Russia/Ukraine war would easily eclipse any of those wars and maybe even their grand total.

We like to export our wars. Easier to sell the collateral if it’s ‘them’.
 
Russian warships 142 & 158 have entered the sea of azov and also the below:

Two amphibious assault group are present now east and west of Crimea.
The first group between Crimea and Odessa (with a six assault ships from the north and the Barents fleets), the second group in the Azov Sea (with the amphibious component of the Black Sea and Caspian Sea)
