I'm so glad Musk took over Twitter, and fixed all the problems. Now it's—
Oh. He simply allowed the problems to be automated.

I'm sure the volunteers would love seeing their hard work be for nought as their highly trained job turns into making sure the authority-challenged individuals don't shoot them.Convicts were thrown to the lions, it didn't matter if they lived or died they were sent as cannon fodder who might take a few with them.
Russia gets to empty their prisons so more more expense housing and feeding them.
Maybe we should do the same with the worst of our prisoners
I’ve had six procedures on my knee and it’s basically just about boarder line serviceable. I’m still fully up for adventure if duty calls. Not a chance am I giving up what I’ve worked so hard for without putting up the fight of my life.
I think people just forget what it means to be British.

I don’t think us Brits walk around observing car types and registrations TBH, so who knows or even cares what cars are in the UK or Switzerland?
I hope the Ukrainians stay away from your public parks though.
There may be certain parts of the UK where it is true I dunno, but certainly around where I frequent the vast majority of expensive cars are either UK registered or places like UAE.
Could be some people are abusing the temporary import laws for Ukraine vehicles due to the war to take advantage of not needing to register or tax it, etc. for 3 yearsannoyingly it is often rich people doing stuff like that for the sake of saving pennies.

Sounds like a typical day for the Imperial Guard....It's getting pretty grim out there for the Russians.

Am I the only on that finds all these articles popping up about the reality of war, ww3, that the public might have to go to war, terrifying? Basically it sounds like there is a good chance the public in the Uk might be sent to war and myself if I was, probably end up dead.

IMO, ignoring possible funding reasons, it more comes down to those near the top of the armed forces realising that if we are under-prepared it significantly increases the chances of it coming to war, rather than believing war is imminent or inevitable. Sadly the general public likely won't understand it that way, push back against it and ironically make war more likely.

When I heard Russia actually went ahead and invaded Ukraine I felt sick and very anxious, for a while I thought the mother in law would be living with us permanently. Thankfully, it looks like Russia isn't getting anywhere near western Ukraine anytime soon but for a brief while it was a close call.
we are quite happy to defend ourselves.
They are only following their proud tradition of screw ups. Remember to keep an eye out for torpedo boats, dodge the flying binoculars and enjoy a Whiskey on the Rocks!
