Yup , Sky now confirming that Putin speech, so it was live, not a replay
Will be interesting to see what the Russian representative says when it comes to their turn to speak in this UN meeting
Putin calls on Ukraine military to "lay down its arms".
Reminds me of Japan entering WW2
Surely Russia cannot hold a place in the UN doing this ?
Nuke Russia at this point, flatten it. The time for peace is over.
Kharkiv under attack
People saying that isn't Kharkiv though I can't be sure - one thing for sure lots of big explosions there now.
Is it artillery or cruise missiles ? Getting reports Kiev is under attack too
The webcam is based here looking towards Kharkiv - https://www.google.com/maps/place/M...=2ahUKEwjmkuCEr5f2AhUUiFwKHc7LAscQ8gF6BAgeEAE

Looks like big stuff so probably ballistic missiles.
I don't know what the authenticity is of the stream though - I'm not seeing much confirmed by real sources aside from 1-2 people who are actually in Kyiv saying they can hear distant explosions.
We have to help Ukraine militarily we need to declare war, he has just declared nuclear war on the world
Not sure that would turn out too well for us
I really hope it's nowhere near civilian stuff, still horrible if it's military targets but that is war I suppose
Can't believe those fuckheads in the UN are still babbling on about diplomacy, Putin has just **** on their pillows
