Russian FM said that the ban on Russian flights mean that russian diplomats cant get to Geneva for talks
I'd rather be taken out in a nuclear blast than suffer death by a thousand cuts from those midge monsters!
With news earlier of that convoy, and possibly a large para drop it sounds like the Russians will go all in tomorrow. It’s definitely the most critical point now. I think tomorrow will be a big turning point if they can hold on.
Potentially 50+ additional jets will be taking those transporters down if the AA doesn’tWith news earlier of that convoy, and possibly a large para drop it sounds like the Russians will go all in tomorrow.
Seems oddly apt for the current situation.the talks tomorrow will take place at Pripyat, the ghost town????
Belarus approved hosting Russian nukes today. This is a Cuba moment now for Europe. No backing down until Russia is stopped.
As far as I am aware Russia isn’t hosting nukes on the border with Europe. Allowing Belarus to do this is a dangerous game. Not sure it changes the game at all? A weapon fired from Belarus or Russia has the same potential total range.
The Cuba situation was different as the issue was one of who is hosting them and a massive reduced time to react.

You are right, it dosnt, makes little to no difference. Not sure it changes the game at all? A weapon fired from Belarus or Russia has the same potential total range.

The proximity is what is important. Back in the Cuba crisis they could have easily sent them from Russia still. It gives Belarus a ticket to lash out at Europe without fear of response.its not a Cuba moment, play it down, they can launch nukes from The moon if they want to.

I wonder if this was a tactic to pre-empt the possibility of the West putting military pressure on Belarus, so as to split Russia's forces, then if Russia in response to that agreed a nuclear security pact they couldn't then complain if the West did the same with Ukraine.
