Should all be out by January if I heard right.
570's meant to be coming out tomorrow. Hopefully that will push prices a little more..and then the 6970 should push even more than that...
Or they might be tight and keep everything the same.

i heard that the 6970 was coming out on the 13th ;)
 
The 5850 version didn't, and this looks almost identical to it - in size & layout.

And as its a non-reference design, I'd say probably not, but I'd probably wait until someone who actually has one confirms this.
 
just to let peps know but the card i received from ocuk was not that in the pics it was essentially the reference design model....so id imagine there are to batches of these cards in stock all shipping under the same name and model! just something to notice when ordering.

I'd be quite annoyed at that tbh! thanks for the info though.
 
I am tempted to get one next week ready for xmas. I had been considering a 470 (KFA2 @ £185) but these are tempting if they stay in stock for next week.

My only concern is I have seen a few posts where people have said the 5870 is too long to fit a Storm Scout without hacking the HDD bays up (or 'modding' as it is known to some).

Less than 50pc left, we can't get more, when were down to the last 20 or so the price will go back to £200 as were giving these away, those who order now basically are doing well. :)
