Underwear that isn't pants (but actually is)

What are the current recommendations? I’m getting a bit fed up of my UA ones riding up when I put my trousers on! I’ve seen a few random brands popping up on my Instagram like Step One.

I switched to briefs and it was a complete game changer. I always hated pulling boxers back down when they ride up all the time. Never been an issue again. CK briefs with elastane in are superbly comfortable. It's like you're wearin' <flanders>nothin' at all</flanders>

I've worn these for years. Super comfortable and no signs of wearing out yet.

I have just ditched my pocket pants -it was getting very close when I was hunting around in the undergrowth looking for my ciggy butt size tonka toy.
Bought some keyhole ones again from Matalan - hand straight in if you know what i mean :).

Second this. I’ve gone back to good quality briefs and not looked back!

StepOne.

They're all I wear these days, threw everything else out.

Comfy, never ride up, keep things nice and cool and they last for absolutely ages!
A gentleman of fine taste!

Quick question - have you tried washing yours in the machine? I've been hand washing mines which I think is the recommended method, but with quite a few pairs it's a bit of a chore.

Mine have been machine washed since i've got them, ain't nobody got time for hand washing grundies!

I wash everything on 30° and they last absolutely fine, don't have any actual data but I've recently thrown some away as a few holes started to appear where the main fabric joins the waistband, and they must be at least 18-24 months old!

e: I don't use a tumble dryer for anything other than bedsheets in the depth of winter, but I might have put some StepOnes in there in an emergency and I don't think they shrunk or anything like that either, but I wouldn't recommend it.

I've not worn briefs since I was about 9. Aren't you worried about overheating your swimmers? :p

Always Under Armour UA Tech (not the cotton ones).

Tried a couple of brands with a pouch for your sack but didn't get on with them. Saxx was uncomfortable and 2undr was poor quality and shrank after a couple washes.
