Upcoming Concerts

*brushes evil pop germs off self* :p

I've had a busy week for gigs really. Saw Biffy on Wednesday who were absolutely awesome. They're such a great live band. Didnt talk much, but when they're that good you cant blame them. Theyre such good musicians, just simply brilliant.

I saw We Are Scientists on Sunday. They were brilliant too. Really funny guys and really energetic. They even finished with Cash Cow

This morning i bought tickets for The Mars Volta next March at Brixton, and i already have tickets for Coheed & Cambria in February. Happy bunny :D:cool::p

Just bought my tickets for bloc party in manchester!

Can't wait, been wanting to see them for ages!

Had to use an auction site where you normally get ripped but they cost me £60 for a pair, they were sold initially for £44 a pair so not too bad

That's not too bad, but it really is hideous how people make so much money with tickets on ebay. Why doesnt everyone that buys tickets off a tout on ebay for an inflated price, give the seller bad feedback afterwards? Surely that's a nice way of getting them back? If you wait until they've given you feedback you're safe from their bad feedback then?

Saw Ocean Colour Scene do an acoustic set (just Simon, Steve and Oscar) at Cambridge Junction this eve. Say what you like about them being old/trad/dadrock but they are brilliant musicians and amazing showmen and really got the crowd going despite it being 'only' an acoustic gig :D

out of 10 deals, 9 gave me feed back only *after* i had given them feedback first.

Upcoming but not for a few months :(

Just booked my Avril Lavigne tickets released today for May 30 (Birmingham) and June 4 (02 Arena)

Why two venues, because I always have gone to two events in her tours, cause I'm sad :p Plus I've never been to the 02 before so was a good excuse to go

Plus one date I can concentrate on getting good photos, and the other date I can just enjoy the show and not worry about anything else

Take the mick all you want, I'm chuffed :D

Circa survive are back in janurary, going to see them at least once.
need to get myself some stupidly over priced tickets to see the cure when they play wembo in march

I've got tickets to see Reel Big Fish (with Streetlight manifesto and Sonic boom six) in march.
That sounds like a great gig. Sonic Boom Six are awesome live. Unfortunately i'm already seeing Coheed & Cambria in Feb, and The Mars Volta in March so i think getting more tickets for around that time would be monetary suicide, especially as i'm likely to be living in London by then :( Boo.

Hi there

Apologies first of all if a thread such as this already exits, but with no search function. . . . . . . . .

Just wondering if anyone had any upcoming concerts they're looking forward to attending?

I'll start the ball rolling myself as we're off to see Marilyn Manson in Glasgow on Dec 8th - he's even got special guest Turbonegro <<-- never heard of em :p

Well I survived the concert in Glasgow :p

The support band were pretty good and really got the fans going well - the show itself was really good, though we did have to wait ages before he came on stage and launched into Disposable Teens which really got the crowd going. All in all it was a good night, drink free as well - call me mean but i refuse to spend £3.00 on a pint of Carling

Next on the list to see is Mark Knopfler - should be awesome
