I guess 'lil homicide' (his gang name) should have been clear that he had put the gun down, instead of doing it behind his back so that the policeman couldn't be sure if he had a gun or not.
He was shot literally in the same second he did hold a gun, this is clear from the bodycam footage/timings. Its literally a split second movement.
I mean how clear can he be with his hands literally above his head? You're wasting your time trying to reason with people blinkered by an agenda. The facts don't matter to people like that.
I cba quoting the running man as he's been on ignore for sometime. What I will say is don't sit there having an argument of "well he didn't do what the police said" to justify someone being killed then when someone does do exactly that justify the killing. He was told to put his hands up, he put his hands up.
He's dropped the gun (stupid to have in the first place) as instructed then put his hands up. He's literally following the commands of the officer. This is exactly why that person last week did that...yet he was criticised by the usual suspects lmao. The issue is guns full stop. Moving his hands when the officer thinks he has a gun ends with him being shot, the case last week where the occupant of the car kept his hands visible at all times despite the officers asking him to get out of the car makes a lot more sense when viewed like this.
I mean how clear can he be with his hands literally above his head?

Oh come on. Pretty different scenarios you must see that right? He's dropped the gun (stupid to have in the first place) as instructed then put his hands up. The irony in this post is staggering
The only victim here is the Police officer who was put in the horrendous position of having to shoot a 13 year old kid or be killed himself, then he's demonised by low testosterone males on the internet for protecting his community, himself, and the law abiding general public.
One side is backed up by empirical research the other side is fuelled by hysterical emotion.
Guess which side you are on?
I have no strong opinion on this either way to be honest. I just find it weird that so many of you care so deeply about US policing.
Don't have a gun on you --> you don't get shot.
Sorry but I have VERY little sympathy towards people like this, regardless of their age.
*and yes I realise that there are instances where officers thought the individual had a gun, but still got shot.
Unless ofcourse you're called Kyle Rittenhouse...someone else who is defended on this very forum who walked the streets with an AR-15.
Except, "walking the streets with an AR15" is actually legal in many states, see this just proves how ignorant you are, you know nothing except what fits your agenda.
Legal or not it's still a ridiculous thing to defend.
