As part of the signature spoofing patch, seekbar thumbnails are hidden. You can go into the settings -> revanced -> misc and turn off spoof app signature to get them back, but it may start buffering again.

Yup that's the issue. Noticed it as well on ReVanced 19.04.37. SmartTube is fine on my TV however.History still showing here using Revanced Extended 19.02.39.

Yep same here. Looks like my history runs up to 18th Feb. Everything after that disappeared and new history doesn't appear

Yep working fine for me again now with the latest one.
Just had the same thing after updating my S23U to One UI 6.1. Uninstalled Revanced and MicroG - installed Revanced Manager 1.9.20. And in that installed Revanced Extended 19.07.40 and MicroG 0.3.1.3.240193 (not the old one). All good again.

Seems it's shifted to GmsCore rather than a single MicroG apk 
. But from what i've read, 'com.google.android.gms-240913002.apk' is GmsCore and 'com.android.vending-84022602.apk' some 'companion' type app. But, do you need to install both or just 'gms'?
Edit - Ignore. I should have followed the link when the patched app launches but, with YT any way, you just need 'com.google.android.gms-xxxxxxx.apk'.
