Surely this is wrong?

Tip: all your port forwards have to be setup as TCP/UDP, if any are set up as "any" then ICMP traffic is blocked regardless of ticking the box in DMZ.

Stupid superhub.

So what's this look like? Virgin engineer said it's the cable between the box and my flat, I have to wait till the 7th December to get it. Still getting -8 dBmV and lower on my downstream power.

Well the last two nights around this time my net has just started going slow and unreliable.. Mumble voice lag, youtube not buffering.

Hopefuly tonight will be ok!

My 50 Mb connection has been terrible the past few evenings.

Great during the day, usually 53 Mb, and usually always during the evening too. However, the past few evenings, it's been really bizarre. As bad as 2Mb at times, and as good as 30Mb, but sometimes a test apart. So it suddenly jumps within the space of a minute from 2Mb to 30-40Mb then back. Really weird.

Current speed:

On a side note, kinda depressing that it's still 63% faster than most of GB.

Got a technician coming on Monday. Hopefully they can find the problem.

Just been playing BF3, and got loads of lag, check my monitor:

Cable between the box on the street and my flat is getting replaced on the 7th Dec. :(

BN2 Here, already complained and got last month free but they said it would be repaired on the 20th last month... speeds are ok some times but it continually drops.

i just like how im getting 30mb/s but the definition of a D is:

"Concerning. Most online applications will not perform well but should function in some capacity. Try testing to other servers to verify the result. You might need to contact your ISP for help."

I swear there is a major network problem Virgin don't want to admit to.

I wouldn't call 10:30 on a Saturday peak time, but only getting 10Mb. Really pathetic now.

Hope the technician on Monday can actually do something useful. And get me some damn money off!

I'm still getting high pings and low speeds. Looking at VM forums, seems like a lot are having problems.

Hmm they are definitely having issues, only getting 39mb on speedtest.net - Normally I get bang on 50mb.
