I'm meant to be on 200mb but cant get over 100mb on speedtest. Weird.
Try fast.com and see if the results match up.
Topping out at 100mbs on there too
I have a SH3 in Modem mode attached to a Netgear Nighthawk router.

Check the config in your hub to make sure you're on the 200Mbps service. Go to the modem page and click 'Check router status' > Configuration > Primary downstream service flow.
Also (more likely?) check in Windows/Linux/whatever to ensure you're connected to the router at 1Gbps and not 100Mbps. A faulty cable, a port on its way out or dodgy config could all push you back to 100Mbps speeds.
Got a call today after cancelling Saturday - £26 for 12 months and getting a new router as mine seems to be having issues.

They don't really offer a 350 service, they always give a little over in their modem configurations to allow for overheads and channel bonding and whatnot. By the time you get to 300 mbit, that little extra adds up to another 50 mbit. I guess it helps people get the headline speeds on the test sites so customers don't complain they aren't getting what they pay for (congested areas and Puma 6 issues excepted).
It's definitely a 350 service. It's called VIVID 350 in "My Account", as opposed to VIVID 300, and because of overheads, clocks in at around 380Mbps. I can't find much info on it, but it seems to be a trial for business customers and people who want 300 and go through retentions.
