Vista Beta 2 Goes Public Today

damn! downloaded the ISO but deleted the email from microsoft by accidently so lost the serial key.

anyone care to give me the serial key?

thanks

I have a query:

Vista doesnt even load up for me (graphical glitches all over screen) so i can't use it. However, i am going to format my XP partition and then just reinstall XP.

Can i delete my two partitions (C:\ - XP ----- D:\ - Vista) and then create them again and reinstall just on my C drive for XP?

Will it cause any boot issues?

Nothing terminal if it does, possibly just some extra boot entries.

Can you use a single cd key for both x86 and x64?

I have a 2nd usb hard drive which I partitioned to install Vista on a 30gig half. Everything installs ok, but after the 1st reboot it fails to load and I can only get into my "earlier" windows installation.
Any suggestions please :)

I can't get either of the links to work properly, I'm after the x64 version but it keeps showing up as 13.73mb big  I think its an NTL problem. Does anyone know of any other links for this version?

Aye, you can. You can use either x86 or x64, or both, on up to ten machines.
Nice one

Figured I should have a look at the x86 version as well.

Have to say Vista is a lot better than I expected, But im sticking with XP for now, XP is pretty much sussed and does everything I need it to.

Im just putting Vista on the back burner for a couple of years. Ill use it to experiment/test etc.. though.

Everytime I try to install this from a fresh boot (not within XP) it always encounters an error.

Does this always happen ?

Yep gets to 'completing installation' right?

That happened twice to me, I installed it within XP on a created partition, worked a treat.
