Wasteland ARMA II Mos : Server Details

A battle of titans.

I was sat at the lighthouse at prig in a bmp, saw them going past pretty low in the chinook so I hit them with a konkurs, sprayed them with the mg as they went down. Door gunner was spraying me back with the miniguns and it crashed about 20-30m away from me. It was pretty awesome.
 
Oh, I think I have that actually was that before the server went down the other day? If so I was AFK during it, left myself recording though

That was me spraying you with the minigun, trying to at least. Tried to parachute out but was too low and hit the ground hard :D

Now why couldn't something like that have happened last night during the 5 hour BMP (x2) and Tusk rampage.

It was fun and all but the more action the better :p.
 
We were hunting for a while but kept getting distracted...
Carpet bombings, people raging because they could shoot a jackel but not hit me etc etc

Download this!

It is an external launcher for ARMA II..

Once you have down that and set up the parameters including the beta patch, download for that is

arma2.com/beta-patch.php

Launch options.
Your name as profile.

world is empty, no splashscreen, run beta all ticked. Opposite side, run with the amount of CPUs you have!

First page is addons.. Right click addons on the right hand side and create a new group! Name it anything you want!

If you dont see anything on the left, either refresh or restart. Once done, drag the expansions over to the group and tick the group!

To run ARMA ii with the launcher, bottom right (game Version) make sure it s set as ARMA II- CO for combined ops..

Thats it
 
Little update!

Possible release of new mission file tomorrow night!

Only thing I have left to do is create some way for the laser designator to spawn so someone can call in an airstrike!

Don't want a mission for it!

I have found several laser designator's in gear cache's before.
 
Thanks for that mate..

Completely forgot about caches, need to remove them.

Obviously the airstrike is a script, don't want everyone with a laserdesignator to call it in..
 
Removing cache's completely?

Would like to see some of them stay, as if a group is under constant attack is quite good having a weapon's cache with you for reserve ammo/guns.
