Watch Dogs - Ubisoft's Third Person Shooter

the game not even out yet as i am aware my copy inst here . It might get first day patch maybe some memory leak, or its just cashing available memory.

Really overrated game imho. Looks worse / on par at best with GTA IV (4) Someone misquoted me on this lol.

The exciting part of the initial reveal was the next gen graphics. Somewhere along the way those graphics were lost, and left with a buggy game that is woefully unoptimized. With fetch mission and vigilantly missions that don't make sense for a criminal to take part in..

It's trying hard to be GTA adding hacking to make it different, it only succeeds in being like GTA without the humor and likeable characters..

Much disappoint.

Looks WAY worse than GTA4 IMO. I also doubt it will have the small details that make GTA4 for me - Shooting out tires then scraping rims which causes metal sparks, shooting lights off police cars etc. It doesn't even look like they have bothered with car damage!!?

Yep, Watch dogs 'Unveiled' @ E3 2012 is being released. Sadly the graphics that were unveiled @ E3 2012 aren't being released with the game :p
 
im only buying it for the open world, spent over 70 hours on sleeping dogs because of the open world & good hndred on GTA

so aslong as i can walk about chill out do side things like catching crimes hacking randoms im happy:D
 
You can shoot tires.. There's lots of car damage.. I was driving around on 4 rims with a smashed up car and it's miles ahead of gta 4 graphics.. If you can max it out N see it in motion. The only bad part of the graphics to me is that the lighting looks flat during certain daytime hours.

I did not like look of game or type of game so why would I buy it, I do know it looked like Crysis prelaunch vs Crysis final (aka toned down but at least Crysis still looked nice)? ;)

When there is too much hype, do not hold your breath when you see end result.
 
If the graphics are similar to that Nvidia tech video shown the other month then I'll be happy, hopefully my 2 780s should cope with this at Ultra and 1440p - can't see why they wouldn't, they coped with Black Flag with most settings maxed (everything apart from Advanced PhysX and AA).
 
You have not seen it then PM94?

The game does not look like the early videos/pics and going by comment's you cannot do many of the things they claimed you would be able to do.

Yeah I've been playing it.. You know a game is poor when a NPC gets a prank call so naturally you have to enter a chase sequence and kill the prank caller, because that's the normal response..

Or you the player as a 'hardened criminal thief', have to act as Hero vigilante and rescue people using extreme violence or death.. Just doesn't fit with the plot..

Graphics - Poor. Buggy. (Could improve with patches 'Lot's of patches' and new drivers)

Gameplay - GTA clone (Without humor).

Storyline - Meh.

There just isn't much to like, especially with a game with so much hype.

This isn't the game we saw at E3 2012..

Roll on Arkham Knight and Witcher 3. Have faith that those games will deliver.
 
To max this game out - as in max everything and still get decent fps to play - you need a seriously good rig. It may still be unoptimised and future updates and drivers will improve this but to whack everything on max you need a high end, if not two or more high end GPU's.

Well crossfire/sli gives negative scaling at present. Once that's fixed, we should be okay. Hopefully for or just after release
