It looks that way. My brother hasn't got his yet either. Downloading on uplay.

There are 2 codes. The top code has 1 extra mission and 3 in game bonus packs. The bottom code is the game.

im downloading through uplay, got key from cdkeys. stuck at 14,239/14,240mb, lol. I'll find out if it unlocks today if it ever finishes before midnight
