Weekend Football *Spoilers* inc Carling Cup Final 28/2 - 1/3

Not really. You were just pretty rude. Im sure you could have got your point across in a much nicer way.

fair comment.

We'll see where all you stokies are when you get relegated, you small club supporters are just as bad as the rest of em, you turn up when the team comes up or has a good run, then they all **** off again to watch the big teams on TV, sad but true.

LOL

barca spanked(ok defensively at least) again 4-3 I think a final result, Real Madrid now only 4 points behind, was it 13 points they were ahead like, just over 2 weeks ago. Awful couple weeks for barca, utterly dreadful.

I just wish i was like that :p

Instead i waste my money on the Sufc matches every week. :(

Obviously its not all clubs, Its more the clubs that have fans or managers with inferiority complexes that play on the 'oooh look at us were small club, but look how well are doing we are doing' and then they still go down:p

I wish Man Utd had won it during extra time. The Spurs players gave it their all today and no-one, not even Bentley, deserved to play the villain in the penalty shoot-out. Good to see Lennon back to his best form too. :)

The upside: The atmosphere was great, I had £50 on Man Utd to win and we don't have to play in the crappy Europa League next season. :D

They did make good signings but no ground breaking ones, probably because they pinned their hopes on Kaka.

No big players want to go there, remember they tried to sign Villa, Kaka, Buffon, but they either wouldn't come or asked ludicrous amounts (100 million for Villa was it?).

Am I the only one who thought Lennon wasn't that good? I suppose out of Spurs players he was the best but then your front two were completely absent. Lennon's dribbling was nice but then his crosses weren't even crap, it was like he'd never crossed in his life. Made the dribbling a bit redundant when there was no end product.
