It's the sort of game I wished we still had Ronaldo, he creates things from nothing, although Valencia did play well, the rest of the mid didn't play that well.
Torres played well, Liverpool miss him when he's not playing, it could have been different if Carragher was sent off.

Liverpool wanted it more, United were abysmal in the centre. Missed Fletcher so much.
Ref was poor granted, but it doesn't deflect the fact that United were rubbish. Liverpool were hardly great either, poor match, but ultimately it's hard to argue agaisnt the result.

Not a great game, but Liverpool deserved the 3 points. UTD's midfield is funny to watch. Scholes can't run because he is too old, and Carrick is too afraid of his own shadow to draw players towards him in order to create some space. League is still wide open as nobody is playing well.

Man U were awful. VDS did his job and I think Valencia stood out from the united players. Some say united were not with it today but tbh, Liverpool were just that good and they out muscled and outplayed united. Thats why they looked below par. People are not used to united looking awful and you have to thank Liverpool for that.
I don't normally follow football but I really enjoyed the Liverpool v Man U game today, kept me right on the edge of my seat - I cheering pretty loud when Liverpool delivered their finishing blow. Awesome stuff with an amazingly entertaining second half 
ofc theres bias in this, for me Lucas was outstanding and his tackling was first class, it showed because everytime he won the ball from a challenge the man u players whined more than most of you on here 
the Cara incident i said he's off, whereas masch should not have got a second yellow, shame VD had to simulate a foul but hey thats football!
we might not win the league but we made Man u look very very avg even though we had a weakened team out.

Come on Arsenal! 
He played well and in all fairness he's looked far better when we've come up against the bigger sides. Away to Utd and Arsenal in the league and Chelsea in the CL were probably his 3 best performances last season.

Lucas was amazing, never seen anyone foul quite so much without getting a yellow.

He was on top form today, hopefully this performance will spur him on in the upcoming games. Aurelio was very impressive on the left also.

Oh come on he did at least 4 fouls today, being very generous to him.
