Scholes is playing better than I've seen him play for 6 months, Fletcher off for Nani and Berba off for Owen on about 65 minutes :)
 
Great game so far for the neutral. Berbatov and Scholes completely controlling the game at the moment, everything Utd have done has come through them.

Berbatov should have scored though, however in his defence it was a good line clearance.

Spurs are giving the ball away too easily in midfield. Think Huddlestone and Palacios have been too lightweight and Keane is completely wasted on the wing. What is the point in signing a good winger and then sticking a goal poacher on the wing!

Would like to see more from Rooney in the 2nd half and also from Vidic, as if anyone has looked poor for Utd it has been him. All Spurs chances have come through sloppy play from him giving the ball away cheaply.

Interesting to see if the managers change it up in the 2nd half. I think Nani would thrive in this game. Wouldn't be surprised if we didn't see Valencia as he was in Bolivia 24 hours ago! Im sure Nani, Owen and Carrick will come on at some point.

Fletcher is chasing down Palacios a lot though, Scholes and Giggs don't close enough. I think we need Fletcher the most out of the 4 midfielders at the moment.

i know that city was going to win against arsenal. Arsenal cant play 4-5-1 there midfield is to weak adey should get ban for doing what he did to RVP. i think nigel the jong was the man of the match of that game took fabregas out of the game. Benayoun played really well he should play every weekend i think spurs are going to come back in this game.

I am not usually a grammar Nazi but that is appalling! :p
 
They needed that, frankly Palacios always fouls his way through games, he's a cheat, he did have one superb offensive game recently, forget which one, where he was just great all over the pitch, but most games like this one he gets a yellow card and goes completely missing as he can't foul anymore. Unsurprising to see him come off, though I think Crouch off, Keane forward and someone on the wing is Spurs best bet.

Keane in the box, where he needs to be, almost a goal, Ekotto did well there, was that Scholes back there he went around, or Fletcher?
