Some shocking defending, piledriver from Scholes dropped very nicely, for some reason 6-7 Spurs players all moved out to either side with only Bassong roughly in the middle, don't know how Spurs threw it away because the first 25mins were, well, a joke for Utd.
Whoever thought Scholes should go off, he's controlling midfield, winning lots of the ball, turning defence into attack very well, pressuring them on the ball, setting up chances.

Me thinks if you look at the same time last year, people we're begging for Gomes to be removed from between those same sticks, infact most spurs fans were questioning if he was really a footballer or not.

Like any foreign player, it can take time to adjust. He's been great for us for quite a while now.

I think you're getting Scholes confused with Fletcher.
One of Giggs or Scholes needs to go off, we don't need both of them and we do need a winger. Fletcher is wasted there at the moment. I'd like to see Valencia on for Giggs/Scholes and move Fletcher in the middle. Anderson's been playing well today, much better from him.
