Scholes being known as a bad tackler is why he ISNT a good choice as DM

A good DM, DOESN'T TACKLE, Lampard plays the role for England, Fabregas often slips in there for Arsenal this and last season, its about intercepting passes and more importantly, standing in the way of what would otherwise make a perfect angle for a pass inbehind the defence.

Have you not noticed that UTD's best performances have Scholes and Carrick playing with Scholes behind Carrick, likewise there worst are often Carrick + Anderson with Carrick behind Anderson?

The other thing being, Scholes starting high up the pitch and running back, most of his bad tackles are from behind players, where as starting deep, being between the ball and the goal(or normally) his tackles are from the front of the player.

Its also worth pointing out I said he was Utd's best DM, not that he was the best in the world, he's not half bad apart from tackling, his positional sense is great and his ability to, like Fabregas, play out of trouble is incredibly valuable. Scholes is just so much better than any other option right now unless Fergie wants to try a defender in midfield, which might be a good idea(one he's not tried in years though).

no comment about the jammy so and so away team at the Brittania stadium lol

We absolutely battered Stoke for at least the last 25 mins and there was no luck involved at all, on another day it would've been 1-5 easily.
They put up one of the best defensive displays I've seen for ages, plenty of teams will drop points there this season:)

Come on Man.U. ffs, at least nick a point off our tital rivals:mad:

I was only kidding - but it was a little harsh on them to concede the winner in the last minute :D
