Where did I say Jiminez didn't dive? I just commented on the way Defoe lost the use of his legs when the West Ham defender put his arm on his back.

I didn't say otherwise.

I said hardly, as in Defoe didn't exactly throw himself to the ground. He was being pressured by 3.

Except for yet again, you're completely misrepresenting what I said, for your own benefit. I didn't say Diaby had a bad game, I didn't say he didn't play well, I said he wasn't any good defensively, which happens to be true, that has no bearing on that game, except of course where the guy he was marking scored, that happens, so what I didn't make a big deal of it. All I said was his two very simple finishes a world class performance doesn't make. You're misrepresenting that, into I said he was utter crap in that game which I simply didn't say.

So other than you essentially lying about what I said because it suits your argument, you're also saying Eboue gave a bad cross, it was behind Diaby, which considering he didn't, again you're pushing your agenda that you think Eboue is crap by saying the good things he did, he didn't do. I on the other hand didn't say Diaby had a crap game, but you're saying I did.

Thats generally what certain people on this forum do.


I would say other than his goals Diaby wasn't exactly on fire, right place right time twice, but created very little else, did have a mistake in defence and didn't create a load of chances for those around him. Again not saying he had a bad game, just not fantastic.

To be fair his end product has been poo all night, and the pretty poor Kovac did the classic thing, turn away from the ball because he's a scared little girl. That was a very easy shot to block, but its incredibly hard to block a shot you can't see because you turn away, he also only got in place to shoot through a mistake.

I think Spurs will probably do very well this season but I think West Ham are very very good aswell, especially as their best player last season is still injured.

Cole's goal was superb, and the backpass, no idea what he was thinking, oh well.

10-11yards out, no pressure, completely unmarked, nearest players all running towards the goal so all the time in the world, perfect pass, perfect ball coming back onto the foot so even easier to get a great shot on. IT wasn't excellent, again, I never said it was poor, it was just ok, 9/10 of those will go in from 9/10 players because every single factor before he took the shot was perfect. Again I'll point out, no where anywhere in this thread have I remotely come close to saying the finishes were terrible, i simply said they weren't fantastic. Gets a little bit boring that most people on this forum seem to assume you can only mean one of two extremes, if you say it wasn't great people assume you said it was the worst thing you've ever seen....... its really really boring.
