Because Adebayor's so bad he infrequently if at all gets away with it. However Drogba gets a lot of decisions so it kind of is an issue with fans.

It is a thought though, Arsenal perhaps do need somebody who can simulate, make mountains out of mole hills etc., effectively. United have Ronaldo, Chelsea with Drogba and Liverpool with Torres and Gerrard. Adebayor, and at a strech Eboue don't really compare at all lol.

It ruined his game though as he was too scared to shield the ball and back in to defenders at times and tried to dance around it. He got mugged at least once by Gibbs for pussy footing around when he should've tried to bully him.
 
Diaby really is terrible. We desperately need a proper DM, who can cover. Cana looks pretty immense on youtube, but that doesn't mean much. Still if he's as good as those vids make out, I think he'd help immeasurably.

Adebayor is absolute abysmal; he's so frustrating to watch. Bendtner has been far superior in recent games, as has vela. Quite why he's so highly rated I have no idea.

It is, but as said, he doesn't really get away with it, the opposition isn't unfairly penalised for it. So people are more likely to point and laugh as opposed to get narky.

Yes, it's because he's black(er) than a black hole. :p

The trouble with him is that he's just too raw, and yes, not good enough. He'd have improved no doubt if there was more experience in the squad for any of the positions he is put in. But there isn't anybody. He seems to not be improving in the slightest, and that won't change.

It's weird, because 97% of the time he's just dire, but then every few months we get a glimpse of what the other 3% is capable of.

Wenger probably gave him more time in Jan, but has to now see irrespective of where he plays, he's cack. Ship him off with e.g. Denilson et al.

What is good news is that Wenger's prepared to spend. He's usually go on his word...

Wenger has to stay, he has to buy but he has to stay. I'm not the type of person who thinks that throwing money at a problem is the definite fix, but it should have been done last year, and it has to be done this year.
 
It's pretty clear to everyone but Wenger that they are crying out for a no nonsense DM, if he doesn't buy a big name (he'll most likely buy an almost finished bargain, but will that appease the fans?) then he's a fool.
 
I'm not even going to bother trying to defend anything today. I'm just going to agree with everything drunkenmaster has said*.
