For me matx is the best form factor. It does everything needed while remaining compact. Even two way sli is no issue on such a board and nothing essential is compromised.

8 Pack, I think about order MSI B350 Tomahawk, is it balanced choice for price/function? I'm not needed for sli but I want overclock 1700 to 3.7-3.8 and memory up to maybe 2933-3200Mhz.

Dont bother with MSI go AsRock Taichi it has clock gen function so on 2666 memory strap you can hit the mem speeds you need. On MSI you will be stuck around 2666 at best most are 2400 which is like a 200mhz cpu overclock lose in efficency. To be honest I dont like any of the MSI AM4 boards.
