What are the 30 year old plus gamers playing?

47 years old this coming August.

Currently playing World of Warcraft (my third or fourth stint with the game since it was released), but having purchased the Horizons expansion last weekend, mulling over a return to Elite Dangerous, when I can be bothered to fart about setting up my HOTAS again ...

When I was in my early 20's almost all my gaming was online (MechWarrior 4, Op Flashpoint, Half-Life, Team Fortress etc) but now I just can't be bothered. I like plodding along at my own pace in single player although that may be changing with BL2 now.

Multiplayer fps wise things are truly dire. There's some fun still to be had in TF2 and Overwatch, though. The rest are pretty shallow, all be it pretty, fps-lite titles neck deep in unlocks and quick time to kill gameplay. Luckily indie titles are everywhere and are the pc's saving grace. Hyperlight Drifter, Salt and Sanctuary, Faster than Light, Sunless Sea ...... there are loads of good, challenging indies to get stuck into.

I am over 50 and playing COD MW3 multiplayer. Mostly love it but cant get over the number of cheaters on Team Deathmatch, luckily I mostly play Kill Confirmed which doesn't appear to attract the cheaters.

currently playing, fallout 4, arkham knight,metal gear TPP
with 2 nippers i get time for single player only really, multiplayer requires some time dedication and i can't go shouting out at 1am like i used too lol.

i'd gladously play stuff like portal 2 tho if anyones up for it.
