Out of interest for Morrowind would you just want graphical updates or is there anything from Oblivion and Skyrim you'd want to see in terms of gameplay changes?

I'm not sure my views would be considered a remaster or a remake, but I'd essentially want it to essentially be a new game, newer than Skyrim (as this is beyond old now).

Morrowind was just at a point when I was too young to appreciate it, and while I did play it (with cheats) I didn't get far and would love to experience the world and story with a modern engine.

I understand there are skywind mods, which maybe I should try (if they are complete?), but I don't feel this would be worthy of being considered a remaster. Skyrim after all is basically closer to Morrowind release than Skyrim is to today's date :p

Spent hours on Wargasm, I got it with Quake 3 and Jane's USAF one December. Iirc you could make your own maps and just place loads of infantry and then go annihilate them in the helicopter.
Do I may be getting that mixed up of operation? Flashpoint either way I do not know many people who played Wargasm
Wargasm was a revelation, think it was released in 1999? The first sim I can recall where you could play an infantry, pilot or tank commander. I remember being blown away and thinking of its potential! Wargasm from memory, was set in a near future (akin to Arma 3) 3DFX at its infancy and landscapes were primarily in the Middle East (looked like the moon). Terra Nova was another sim / FPS, set in space where it had huge maps you battled over its an awesome game and overlooked to this day!

I always see Wargasm set the blueprint for Operation Flashpoint (2001) which was the game changer! Brought my Athlon to its knee's! It was years until I discovered the map editor, the editor (as per all BIS games) is insane, you can create missions to your hearts content and it's pretty simple; unless you are being super ambitious.

Sierra Grand Prix Legends
Ultima games - such a shame they stopped. Ultima Underworld, Ultima 7 etc, have so much potential for releases - such a great lore and then stopped.
Sensible Soccer
Rowan Sims (Mig Alley, Flying Corps etc)

Just before I Google it, I'm going to say I thought Wargasm was like a virtual war thing. They were not proper battlegrounds like the premise of the story was you were doing it in cyberspace or something but I could be completely wrong.

Operation flashpoint was so good. Probably one of the only games I ever felt fear in. It was a mission where you attack a village, but then you get notified there are some tanks rolling in and I remember panicking.

Edit. We were both right! The landscape does indeed look like a desert but the story is that countries now fight in the world wide web so it is cyber also.

Wargasm - It's a blast from the past, completely forgotten about this game!

You are most likely correct; I didn't Google; simply recalling from a vague memory (20+ years)! The graphics seemed like the moon, modern weapons - not sure if this design choice was deliberate or due to graphic limitations of the time.

The controversial name (I'm sure some PC mags published years later) put a lot of people off so the sales bombed.

Freelancer, game is still brilliant but deserves an Unreal Engine make over!
YES!!! How did I forget about this gem? Aside from more graphics I suppose the only other changes I'd like to see is a few little extras to make the universe feel a bit more alive after you finish the main story. Perhaps some proper modding resources to allow for easier mod creation.

Loved this game. Don't think I ever suffered from the memory leak, but I think there were different versions of the game because IIRC the version I have didn't play well with mods, however on some of the mod sites they would look a full iso which worked fine with it. Probably still around on the sites, I think it's now listed as abandonware if you want to have a look @TNA.
I remember throwing fleets of federation ships at the Borg, only to then try the romulans and see the difference. I think I also modded in a defiant cloak, because it needed even more power

I do still own the game but I think it took a lot of effort and a few mods to get to work on Windows 10 and even then I think it was pretty unstable sadly.

Reactions: TNA
Duke Nukem
Theme Park or Theme Park World

If you haven't already you might want to check out a game called Parkitect. It's got a lot more complexity to it to Theme Park but if you're looking for a more simplistic game you can still play it that way without going into the crazy building detail that it allows.

I’d quite like to see a remake of the original Alone in the Dark.
They are doing that aren't they? Was a PS5 trailer for it last year.

For me I wouldn't mind a Hidden and Dangerous 2 sequel or remake, and the classic Rainbow Six style games before they were made for consoles. RB6 Rogue Spear + Ghost Recon, Raven Shield etc none of this Vegas or Siege stuff. I used to spend ages just planning the missions in the briefings it was great.

Also I'd love a WW1 Plane sim the likes of Red Baron the originals were great , loved me some Spad XIII zeppelin busting missions, or train bombing missions or skirmishes vs the ace squadrons.

Warcraft 1 and 2 in the vein of wargus and war1gus would be brill but I suspect Blizzard will never remaster them now with Reforge being such a mess of their own making and a disgraceful stain on the legacy.

I suppose some polish provided with regard to visuals, though overall, I think just refining it generally would be ideal, e.g. UI/bugs and so on.

Not so much in the way of actual gameplay changes.
