No its not a major dent, but if I was to get the ebay fairings I would want to change to the yellow/black GSXR theme, my favourite :)

Otherwise I would just get the dent repaired and patched.

Very nice spec. Pretty much the perfect track tool. Not jealous at all! :p

forgot the disklock twisted the inner rotor of the front disk :(

doest look like its damaged the calipers or forks though. garage is closed till monday though :(

Always keep your keys in your disc lock case/pouch, that's what I do and have never forgotten as when I pick up my keys I have the case which prompts me. Also have a £2 reminder cord on there just in case. It goes round the front brake lever/clutch so hard to miss.

Have you bought them yet? If not why!:D

Not yet, I have found them even cheaper going via DHGATE that pugheaven mentioned above!

Did this yesterday afternoon, forks off, disks off, all boxed up ready to be sent off :D

Radiator and oil cooler need a really good clean, any recommendations on how to do a good job on rads?

Numbers fitted, new dunlops fitted (KR106/KR108) and the front tyre is a apparently a moto2 tyre now? Its a 65 profile instead of 70 and theres like no edge to it, it just keeps going round.

Also ended up throwing a new right clipon tube in as found out the old one was a bit bent when I felt it a bit off centre. All good to go.

The view, aint much in there is there!

Secretly you're glad you crashed it so you could work on it, aren't you :p

Haha I would rather not have but its nice to be able to spend some money on it :D

Hmmmm I may have just bought an Ohlins rear shock for it....

I good bath in paraffin should clean them up,just don't use a brush as it'll bend all the fins

Ok will give that a try.

Stuck a new bulb in the front this morning, MOT is due. My hands are not built for tight spots, Loads of faffing about but I got it done without breaking anything, Lights were exactly the same at the front, Turns out when my bikes on Dip only the left one is on & the small traffic/street light is on tuther side & this is how it's s'posed to be. Complete waste of time. :p

Goes to unlock all my locks & one gets stuck (See other thread) ended up having to borrow an angle grinder to cut it off.
Went out to bike around 8.55am, Finally got out on it around 11am.

MOT is booked for tomorrow 11.30am - Fingers crossed it sails.

Took it for its MOT & not only did it Breeze through the Tester said the bike is Perfect, Not bad for a 97.

Seriously chuffed to bits, Think I'll treat myself & the bike to a Stubby. :D
