What did you do to your bike today?

Took her out at lunch to get away from my desk. Was ok when I was moving but I'm wetter than <insert family friendly punchline here>

Went out for a ride in a group of 21 last night at a local get together. Good fun!

It was so hot yesterday that the temp gauge on the bike already had 1 notch after being sat in the sun all day. No need to warm the engine or tyres up in this weather :p

As long as you keep moving & don't have silly kit, the heat is nice!

It is funny. It's 33 degrees here today and it will hit 37-38 later in the week and I appear to be surviving just fine.

Coming from the guy that only recently moved to wherever you are (it was under a year ago wasn't it?). Bet you moaned when it got to 30 in the UK :p

The weather is nice though. Makes a good change. Just a shame the office I work in doesn't have AC and is on the first floor so hot as hell, plus in the afternoon we get the sun directly through the windows so it gets hotter.

Heat makes barely any difference, your bike isn't made any different to mine and it's 34c out here every time I ride.

I've forgotten how the English get all worked up over 25c :P

Do you guys still run 10w40 over there? I thought 10w50 was better in hot climates.

Bike was fine today.

Also, had some fun following a police biker on the way back from MK :D. Though it wasn't fun sitting in ball soup all the way.

Still 10w40, it's hot but the actual temperature isn't too bad, it just feels like you're sitting on the sun because of the humidity. I always worried about bikes and cars overheating on hot days in the UK, I sit in traffic here and neither has any issues with it

I think it's because I left the whining culture that I stopped complaining all the time.

Just to note that it's just as humid here as it is in the UK.

It is true, people don't complain here, if you get cut up (which is every minute of every day) they just don't care. The English (me included) get irate with other drivers, here they just don't care.

If you get cut up you just wave at them to say it's ok, and they wave back apologising.

The land of the gentleman certainly lacks manners compared to the rest of the world.

Its about 25% more humid here than Switzerland so thats quite a difference ;) and about 25% more humidity again to were Ace is so we cant really complain :p
Stop telling us how amazing Switzerland is all the time lol

its only cold at the tips of the mountains, get in the valleys and temps rise,im surprised aswell that it gets that hot

I've always imagined it was just a snowy country in general rather than just up in the mountains, learn something new every day!
