What did you do to your bike today?

You want to make it a hard tail?

Rear shock is still on it Bud.

Bit of a change from the sofa on wheels you were riding!

Trophy was great but just didn't light any fires, Like a good tool it does it's job but is Boring.

OT. Spent untold time cleaning it then went for a ride out with a couple of my mates who have Harleys, Things got real loud. :D

Went for a dusk ride for the first time last night and noticed by lights were crap! They lit up the road about 3 meters in front of me and that was it!

Purchased some Osram H4 Twin Pack Night Breaker Plus 55w bulbs from the bay. The SV forums say they make a world if difference so here's hoping! And at £11 who can argue!

Confirmed that redline (or 500-1k rpm below it) in 2nd gear on the CB400 is indeed 60mph :D

Always thought it was roughly that, opened it up on the dual carraigeway on the way in to work this morning. There was a guy on a beemer GS going the other way who gave me a nod and a right stare when I was going past at 14k rpm and 60mph hahaha :o :D I must have been making a right racket and not going particularly fast :p

"People like you give bikers...." :o:D

the osram aint that good tbh mowy

they are brighter than the usual bulb but I was expecting more

I had a pair of Nightbreakers on my old Street Triple and they were better than stock, but not the massive difference everyone stated.

You lot seen the new go pro hero4 "session"?

Tiny, looks great, 1080p 60fps... but £330 :eek::rolleyes:

http://shop.gopro.com/EMEA/cameras/hero4-session/CHDHS-101-EU.html

Looks like it'll fit a helmet much better than normal gopro cameras, but that price *wince* and no external mic input (although dual mics, one rear one front so should be better than usual when it switches to the rear mic).

Ha, I've still not taken mine to the redline. Not had the space nor the time to look down whilst trying :p

Add to that the LCD dash is pap and not very clear.

Picked up some Winegums on the way home from work. Tucked them in my jacket. Couldn't find Winegums when I got home. Back out, found them just off a roundabout. A little squashed and a hole on one end, but they still taste good.

Sure do hope I didn't just go pick up someone's Winegums they spat in and threw out the window :p

Got the bike all dirty (tomorrow is bath time :p) and made a nice spot in my garden just for the bike...

That's the beauty of a 400, you can make use of all the engine and not be going licence losing speeds.

I really need to do a video/get someone to do a video of mine, this is basically the same bike (a newer model) with a similar exhaust (mine is a full stainless system with no baffle and no cat, like in the vid) so this is roughly what mine sounds like, I think... :p Even has the same strange phut-phut as he pulls away at slow revs, which I only hear when riding without earplugs (which isn't exhaust blowing, mine is air tight).

Skip to 1:30 for the ride-by

Anything is better than what I have at the moment! :D

At the moment the light is so bad it might as well be a single small (crap) candle. The lens seems ok so just hope that bumping it from 45w to 55w halogen will work

If it means I replace them later I'm not that fussed as its only a tenner
