What did you do to your bike today?

Repaired my stator cover, forgot to take a before picture but u can imagine the typical deep scratches and a few gouges from where the bikes been down the road.

Firstly I mixed up a load of jb weld and covered all the imperfections

I then wet sanded the jb weld till smooth

Once smooth, I added 4 coats of BBQ paint. Let dry for an hour, then came the fun part... Curing the paint with high heat. Now what better way to do this than an hours riding

worried I was producing enough heat I took a cheeky detour through op stack on the m20.

Now sure it isn't perfect, but I'm happy! Looks hundreds times better

they gave me a gsx650f at first that was ****e, the bandit though is quite fun.

not something id ever own but its decent enough. engine is nice.

Replacing my cheapo Spada Icons which have disintegration after two years use. They haven't been waterproof for at least 1 or those 2 years

Look and smell nice, lots of protection around the ankle. Looks good.

I just threw out my 4 year old TCX boots, I cried as they were so comfy but were falling apart, and they certainly didn't smell nice.

I could have saved about 20quid but couldn't be bothered waiting for them to come from Europe. Next day delivery and free returns is worth paying the extra for IMO

I'm trying to find some new boots at the minute but everything is too narrow for my fat feet, going to have to wait till I can shoot over to Brum and actually try some on instead of having to keep returning them.

Boots do conform after breaking in.

My Alpinestars SMX5s felt really really tight at first, I almost sent them right back. They fit like skin now, super comfy. Same with my Dainese gloves, was almost impossible to pull them on when new.
