What did you do to your bike today?

Does any of you Duke 125 owners have crash pads for FORK & SWING ARM and Engine Bay? If so, what brand or where did you get them from?

Edit

Stopped raining, quickly to the shop's to buy some stuff for the bioke.

I bought the R&G ones for the swing arm but that was only so i could use a paddock stand. I have been looking at the KTM ones though for the rest of the bike though.

For the lower bit of the bike away from electronics I'll just go down to a jetwash and clean that up, my dad has some rim cleaner which is brilliant, you spray it on leave for around 2-5 min and just rinse off all the dirt. I hope monday will be sunny, I hate this rainy weather.

Prefer that over my dad's red one, the front is broken up a bit more on that one.

FYI, pictures don't do the bike justice, in person it looks a lot better and everyone that walks over to his tells him that

True, when I saw a Blue R1 at night in the lights it looked sexy as hell! :D  On pictures it looked meh, so I can't imagine what this Anniversary bike will look like! I hope my local dealer gets one for their showroom, I would love to see it in-person.

98 r1 looked the best imo

EDIT: got into a bit of a race today coming back from wolvo,i couldn't quit tell what bike it was but it had a single underseat exhaust? looked bit like an mt07/09 not sure but all he kept doing was wheelying, was satisfying beating him on an oldish nail

Used my paddock stand today to make sure it was solid, didn't know if you put the bike on the stand and stick it in gear, it wouldn't stall :p

Looks really good with the track fairings. What tyres are you using?

I never liked the R1 intill this new one came out, the R6 was/is sexy since 2006 upwards.

BTW

Cleaned the redhead with using just triplewax, the bike was covered in mud. I couldn't be bothered to go down to shell...

It's amazing stuff.

Cheap too! Normally I have a wheel cleaner, shampoo, wax and window cleaner along with buckets of water, sponge, mitt and microfibre's. With this, only 2 microfibres and 1 product, save some cash and will keep my bike clean more often as cleaning now takes minutes not over an hour! :D

Do you still needed to scrub messy bits? Is it quicker than spraying with water, spraying with cleaning detergent, scrubbing messy bits and rinsing, drying?
