What did you do to your bike today?

lovely looking bike yarwood.

Today, I had delivered my new screen for the bike. Also washed and re-waterproofed my textile gear ready for the winter

Very cool bit of kit and easy installed.

Using 65ms kill time & 50% sensitivity, anyone on anything else?

Track on thursday with a rather well known TT rider apparently making an appearance.. any guesses?

Fitting my new quill end can to zx12r tomorrow removed the stock Titanic Funnel, pics will follow of course :D

Also need new rear tyre on the zzr12 ready for winter.

You'll feel the difference in weight from the stock can to the quill can

A few dirty marks left to clean off the bottom & the shock's all ready to go back on the bike

Not nearly enough mutton chops and tea in your answers lol. Was in the garage next to us and a decent guy. Pretty rapid til his bike blew up..!

QS Was great fun on the bike, really liked it. Ohlins was an even better job over the standard shock. All in all, a great day. Will try to find pics

Nice one, I'd love to meet Guy!

Pics would be good! Did you get the Ohlins setup or running your own settings?

Oh and I incorrectly setup my speedohealer tonight...

Finally put the bike back together and she runs. No more rust gungy fuel for her.
However it's stil lumpy at low end and I think carbs need cleaning. Any idea what rough cost to take the bike, get the carbs out, strip them down, clean possible new jets and put back together.

Also new rear break pads and got rid of the slightly spongy pedal. I don't think last owner had bled them properly as the nipples where 100% blocked up.

Also actually used the bolt for the fuel tank, something else last owner did think was needed.

Finally got round to putting my charger on the way next to the bike. Only took me 10 months to get round to doing it.

Looks good! Bet she sounds much better now too!

I fitted my carbon rear hugger, no pics yet as I was fitting it in the dark and rain :p

Had a nice run out today without the normal worry of is the bend around the corner dry/damp/covered in wet leaves etc etc etc Recently you never know what's around the corner but today was total dry no matter where I went.
Once back I smothered the bike in FS365 but have a sticky nozzle which ****** me right off with it's awkwardness. :p

Had a few jobs out & about & always feel real fortunate to be able to get around without the hassle of traffic.
