I did exactly that and got a minor. It's only a major if you knock it over I was told.

Just got back home, watched 3 more do their tests and all 3 failed, clipped cones on the swerve avoidance lol, i think they move on their own

Unless i get a cancellation for next week, i'm looking at the end of November for a re-test.

Sorry to hear that, I failed my mod 1 first. It was a gutting feeling that stuck with me for weeks. I passed second time though. I now think of it as using the first as 'test pressure' experience

Im happy I failed mod 1, It helped shape the rider I am.

i think it depends how far you kncok it, like clip it but it doesnt move minror, cli pit and it slides a few incehs fail

I'll smash it next time, i wasn't really too fussed if i'm honest, if i was desperate for my license then i'd have been annoyed, but as i have my 125 and a car, i was ok.

My instructor said she saw someone make it wobble like boat in choppy water but it just about stayed upright so it was a pass.

Washed and waxed mine, bought some Soft99 Fussowax, the finish is superb, well happy with it.

Prob is the weather was so nice this afternoon I wanted to take it for a quick blat. Roll on spring!

Will finish the wheels and underside tomorrow

I do like the 2015 S1K more and more every time I look at one. In some ways i miss my '12 S1000RR.

Both look great, but the 1st gen S1000RR in BMW Race colours or Baby Blue is better looking, then some Italian bikes. I did say, I wouldn't own an Italian bike, but I've to admit when it comes to design... the Italian were always ahead of the game.

I've had most colour bikes, black bikes are my favourite.

What do you miss about it edd1e? Would've thought the RSV4 covered all bases? A lot of people move from S1000RR to Aprilia, seems like a natural move.

It was easier to ride for me, I was faster at the 'Ring on it for sure (but i only got 5 laps on the RSV this year and i think the extra 15bhp or so the S1000RR has helps.). But the main thing I miss a little is not having to worry about it being fragile.

BUT the RSV4 trumps it for me in other areas, the RSV4 is an occasion to ride everytime i get on it, the noise, the looks and the attention it gets is unreal.

If I could have any track bike, it would be the S1000RR for sure.

For the premium they charge over other brands, no wonder they have good CS.
