What did you do to your bike today?

How effective and messy are those chain oilers? Just in general, not particularly the Tutoro...

I'm lazy, so something like this on a new bike is a must for me if it actually works. :D

I treated mine to a squirt of wd40 does that count?:p

And the bike? :p

Merry Christmas everyone, anyone getting bike for themselves/from the other half for Christmas?

And yeah buying a first big bike is damn hard, it's not like a 125 where there's only a few and they're basically all the same! I couldn't decide and ended up with something completely different from what I was looking at! :D

Merry Christmas guys! Been wake for an hour and the Mrs does not want to be awake so might go for an early morning ride.

She is not fixed yet though. Going to look at carbs etc in the next few days

Lol burn :D

This buying a big bike malarkey is harder than I thought lol :p

No it isnt ;) find something you like, find the cheapest, closest one that can be ridden home. If it survives spend the next year giving it the TLC it deserves till your happy with it, start again when someone destroys it all for you.

Monday is when the search starts :) I'll be riding round different places :)

It says in the advert the insurance decided not to repair, that mean a brand new bike was offered? But the plate has CAT D registered to it now?

Idk just means it got wrote off rather than repair the frame, maybe they priced for a new frame rather than repair it?

79bhp? Isn't much is it,are they a twin?

yeah its not too bad for a twin I just thought they were an il4

for me around the 100bhp seems the sweetspot regarding performance and mpg
