Not sure if the SV650 won't be too small for me, I'll have a chance to sit on a SV650SA soon. My friend is selling his, depending on the weather maybe he'll let me test ride it on private roads ofc. :p

Being 6ft1 is a pain whilst choosing a bike I like the look of, I can't imagine what it must be like for someone 6ft3+. Supersports are just a no, no?

@Clovis, well... they even blocked reddit at my workplace... :( Somehow 4chan is still not blocked. :o

BTW Congrats, I'll only have A2 license... the restrictors are made out of thin
metal co it can always 'accidentally' snap :p

So when are you getting a bike, and what bike are you getting? :p

@wazza300, This weather is killing me, so warm and yet I've no bike... grr

I have no idea when I'm getting one, still trying to shift mine :(

Worst time of year to sell a bike and the best time to buy and even better when the credit card bills come in after Christmas people are short of cash.

So you drop the price and take a hit or wait for May time, you can not have your cake and eat it.

True, I paid £2600 for mine and I got another offer this morning for £2000, I don't want to take a £600 hit in 4 months but I know I'm not getting £2600 for it :(

whats stopping you using it till then? I wouldn't lose £600 just because im desperate to get rid of it,id sooner wait or buy my new bike now if I could and sell the 125 later on

It's not fun to ride anymore, after being on a 650 it's just too slow, I don't have enough room for 2 bikes otherwise I'd have bought my new one already lol

Its only a couple of hundred its nothing, its a bad time of year to sell but its also a good time to buy too. So any money you lose on yours you should gain on the bike you buy, its all relative.

You can wait and get more for yours but then the bike you want will cost more.

Suppose, I could have sold it weeks ago if I'd take £2000 for it, I reckon I overpaid by £200 as I went for the lowest mileage one, I'll leave it at £2350 for 1 more week and see if I get anymore interest.

They blocked hackaday at our place for some reason (as well as all the common image hosting sites). Very annoying.
Yeah... :(

wait till spring/summer you'll get more for it,im waiting just the same, like .one.says no point when its winter
+1,

Yep, you did overpay a little... I bought mine for £2050 2011 with 4674 miles with lots of KTM power parts goodies on the bike. But if you hold on, you might get that money back. ;)

Pulled an accidental wheelie at a traffic light, revved her up dropped the clutch thinking this will be a sweet well planted get away, front wheel up and the bike stalled... very embarrasing :(
