Thats what I want to do but I don't want to buy a Drift to record audio, cheaper to use a separate voice recorder and pair it up later.

See I bought the cheaper model to that and then realised it didn't come with connectivity!
I might order that one, im pleased with how well built it is, just not that i was so stupid and didn't read it thoroughly.

Pairing up is easy. Once I get both recording I do a 1 2 3 4 5 with my fingers in front of the camera and count out as I do so. Works a treat but looks stupid

How do you mean? The external mic socket?

No as in PC connectivity. It comes with an external mic socket just not a USB one.

My phone wont record with just a microphone plugged in for some reason.

I saw them come up for sale on the triumph forum, after watching a couple of videos with arrows in I had to have them....
Don't know how much my insurance will go up though o_O

Keep the originals aside and don't tell the insurance?
Shouldn't make any difference because:
A: Shouldn't add any value to the bike.
B: 90% of the time end cans don't add any power.

They do make Trumpets run a fair bit better if you have the bike re-mapped. Your Trumpet dealer will be able to stick the Arrow map on your bike.

When I had my Tiger 1050 I put a Blueflame can on it and it ran like a bag of spanners until I had the TOR map put on it.

You'll need to unbox it eventually as it'd look a bit silly with a cardboard box round it on your bike.
