What did you do to your bike today?

I keep having to tighten up the screws or whatever you call them that hold the cable in on the clutch lever. I notice it when it creeps a little with the clutch down in first, and sure enough the screwy bits need tightening.

Why does this keep happening?

Think you mean the clutch cable freeplay adjuster?

If so you either need one with a locking tab (TL1000S example, see the little sprung metal plate behind the adjuster):

Or one of these (might require a longer cable, depending on the state of your existing one):

Puncture fixed! The guys at the shop just replaced the inner-tube rather than a new tyre jobby. That has saved me a fortune! First service out of the way too :D.

Is there anywhere online that sells dark visors? I can see tinted, but think those are the road legal ones.

Plenty of places, Sports bike shop, race visors, visor shop, the visor shop.

Pretty much anywhere that sells helmets to be honest!

They'll almost all have dark tint or mirrored visors for "track use only".

I was searching on sports bike shop and the darker visors I could see were specified as "tinted". I'll look for the track use only bit.

Didn't want to order something to find I'd bought the wrong thing(!)

Yep you want the dark tint, most helmets will have a dark tint and normal tint visor. Do you have a Shoei NXR?

Dark tint will look black from the outside, no-one can see where you're looking :p :D But from inside they're perfectly fine even on a cloudy day.
