Winter gloves on now. No escaping the fact winter is coming :(

Indeed :(

Finally got round to washing and "winterising" the MT-09, consequently I've been wafting around in a slowly evaporating cloud of ACF50.

On the plus side ACF50 makes exposed components and cases (and even rims) look so nice, and so easy to clean later that I might use it all year round.

Need to get a few things on mine done. I have a replacement inner clutch basket with plates to put in. Also replacement clutch cover as return spring is too weak on present one. Rear brake is dragging a bit so probably just needs a clean

Has anyone tried the generic eBay special DB Killers?

Riding home on the motorway and my exhaust suddenly went loud, I thought my right earplug had just worked loose. Got home and took off helmet and plugs and it was LOUD. Realised my baffle was missing

The grub screw must have called out and I've fired the baffle out my exhaust at 70mph :o

So I begrudge paying 60euros from a SC Project GP one from Italy so has anyone tried a generic one from eBay?

It's currently obnoxiously loud... Ear bleedingly so for an hour's ride :o

I used DB killers from PipeWerx on my KTM 990, which had Akra cans. They did the job but made it sound a bit "spitty" if you know what I mean, even after I ground some extra holes into it, so I ended up removing them in the end. Sounded loud but glorious :D
